Hey! I am Lori Sneed and am thankful to have this opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself, including my love of art.

In 1991, I was in a car accident that injured my spinal cord. It made me become a quadriplegic. (It's been 16 years, but I am still in denial about that.)

After months of rehab and recovery, I was able to go back to Ole Miss (The University of Mississippi), and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts.

In 1997, I moved to Atlanta, which is where my rehab hospital is located. I was able to get a part-time job at CNN, which made my life so exciting!

Last year, I got very sick with Sepsis. I was unconscious for two months. During the following months of being hospitalized, I began painting watercolors in bed. I realized how much I used to love doing my artwork. Now painting has been a wonderful escape for me!

If you are interested in purchasing a copy of my paintings, notecards of them, or comissioning me to do an original for you, please check out my art gallery.

A portion of the profits that I make from selling my work will go toward helping other quadriplegics, as well as others with different disabilities.
